At Gloss Moss, your satisfaction and confidence in our products are our top priorities. We take great care to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition — but if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. 🌸

✅ Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product remains in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • You provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.

Please note: products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or “change of mind” are not eligible for replacement.

🆓 Free Replacement Window

  • Within 7 days of delivery: Replacement is completely free of charge.

  • After 7 days and within 30 days: A small pickup and replacement fee of AED 27 applies.

🔄 Replacement Process

  1. Contact our customer care team to initiate a replacement.

  2. We will arrange a pickup from your address.

  3. Once your returned product is inspected and approved, a replacement will be shipped within 14 working days.

💰 Refund Policy

As part of our commitment to hygiene and quality, refunds are generally not offered, except in exceptional cases approved by our team.
If a refund is approved, the following charges apply:

  • Fulfillment and initial shipping cost: AED 18

  • Pickup and refund processing fee: AED 9

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once processing is complete.
