We proudly deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) within 2–5 business days.

  • All orders include free delivery across the UAE.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

4. Returns and Replacements

Your satisfaction matters to us.

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement within 30 days of delivery.

  • Replacements within 7 days are free of charge. After that period, a AED 27 pickup fee applies.

  • Returns or replacements are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse or “change of mind.”
